As an employee of TRW's System's Integration Group, I volunteered to work with a few other TRW volunteers to create a group level TQM training and facilitation program. We worked together to create a CIP model and five courses, each course building upon the previous.
The goal of the Process Analysis course was to explore the methodology of analytically reviewing an ongoing process with the intent of improving it efficiency. At the end of the course, the participants could
- describe the various process analysis techniques
- apply the methodology of process analysis
- utilize three tools that aid in process analysis
The next course in the series was TQM: Measurement.
