The QED Group contracted with me to help them with the Drupal implementation projects. For this project I was asked to assess a site they had received from their developer and then help them bring the project to launch. My tasks included
- determining if it met the RFP requirements
- identifying any deficiencies in the site
- facilitating the development of a more detailed requirements document
- coordinating requirement clarification between QED and their vendor
- coordinating appropriate access to the servers
- testing subsequent deliveries of the site
- providing specific Drupal solutions to the vendor
- training QED staff in using Drupal
