Designed and developed two classroom-based training courses for Acquia's Drupal Commons distribution.

The process included the following.
- Working closely with Acquia to define the learning objectives.
- Analyzing and testing Drupal Commons' configuration.
- Creating an instructor presentation with scripted notes.
- Creating a participant manual with click-by-click instructions on how to perform tasks related to the objectives.
- Synchronizing the instructor presentation with the participant manual.
