Defining a Global Learning Environment

This project had multiple components. The first part was to help the client develop a model that represented five phases of a learner moving through a learning environment life-cycle. When defining any environment, you take into consideration all aspects of the environment. This includes the people, their needs, applicable processes, required and optional resources, and some form of structure to help hold it in place.

As a means of testing the model, the next step was to create personas and scenarios that the personas might experience in their learning environment. I created a methodology for walking the staff through a facilitated session where they would learn how to create personas and scenarios.

Lastly, I reviewed the personas and scenarios with the client to assess the potential of the model given the personas and scenarios.
